Delivery Information & Shipping Details

We provide fast and secure delivery across the UK via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed, usually within 1 to 2 working days.

All parcels are sent using a tracked next-working-day service, with delivery typically completed by 2pm. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and external courier factors.

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are processed the same day. However, on Wednesdays and Fridays, orders must be placed before 10am for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

For privacy and peace of mind, every order is packaged discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging. Tracking details can be requested once your order has been dispatched.
